A new stage in life can be intimidating, especially if you don’t have the right support or direction to get you through it. That is why Care On Call is here to help NDIS participants through their life stage transitions, with an individualised approach to support and assist people as they navigate their new lives. Whether you’re looking for additional support, information about anything that involves joining a university or moving into a new place or just moving into a new stage in life, Care On Call has caring staff who are available 24/7.
Our services are created to develop and expand the NDIS’s individualized assistance and coordination for participants. It offers people a variety of services, including goal-setting, capacity building, financial mentorship, decision-making, and daily planning.
